How We Work With Providers

We have a panel of trusted providers who collaboratively work with you to achieve your desired outcome.

(You can find a list of government and NGO’s that provide services in a crisis and immediate recovery in our Provider Directory)

OUR GOAL is to avoid crisis situations and urge you to take responsibility for yourself, your happiness and your safety by investing the time to understand and regulate life’s emotions.

WE ENGAGE in a holistic approach that has proven to build confidence, communication skills, self esteem and strong boundaries that protect your energy and self belief.   Our investigative services integrate education and awareness to help you identify the differences between conflict and abuse and the signs of escalating conflict and patterns of abusive behaviour that are synonymous with domestic violence. We offer practical solutions and communication strategies to de-escalate conflict and negotiate your concerns.

CONFIDENTIAL CONVERSATIONS are a way of exploring your issues and concerns, extract the evidence and provide personal advice and recommendations for your situations.  We are objective and sensitive and there is nothing that we have not heard in our experience.  Our honesty is appreciated by hundreds of victims who have moved forward to make better decisions and take responsibility for their happiness.

OBJECTIVE INVESTIGATIONS means looking at the evidence and finding supporting documents, accounts and information that supports your claims.  We do not forecast or apply a points system, nor do we label things as good or bad.  We assess risk and can help you understand reactive and antagonistic abuse, perpetrator and victim psychology as well as strategies to manage emotions and abate violence.

PERSONAL RECOMMENDATIONS as professional investigators we acknowledge the trust you place in us and our honest recommendations are made for your individual circumstances.  We understand the anxiety and distress you are experiencing and our intention is to help you identify and reclaim the power you have to change the situation you are in.

EFFECTIVE AND CONSTRUCTIVE INTERVENTIONS

Understanding the complexity of the criminal process and navigating the complicated criminal, civil and family law systems can be overwhelming and intimidating.  We help you prepare statements to take to the police, applications for protection orders,  letters, reports, emails and complaints to address your concerns.  Whilst most situations are subjected to time lines and scheduled responses, we understand the burden to be across all areas of your matter.  We work with you to lighten the load, reduce stress and be the sounding board to problem solve any challenge.   We will connect you to specialists if needed, but our objective is to save you time and money whilst preserving your energy for the things you like and want to do.

RECOVERY Domestic and Family Violence is a traumatic event, oscillating relationship conflict is exhausting whilst separation and divorce are mentally, emotionally and financially draining.   We can connect you with the support you need, as it is important to learn why and how the abuse occurred so you do not enter another relationship like that.

REFERRALS

We work with services that identify people who need our help.  You can make a personal referral here. We provide a report that identifies the issues and concerns of their clients and the recommended pathways for these issues and concerns.  We collaborate on facts, feelings and the future of mutual clients to ensure they are getting the best care.
