About Us

Founder, lead investigator and advocate, Pip Rae, is an ex-cop with an intimate understanding of Domestic Violence (DV) and the impact it has on individuals, families and communities.

Her lived experiences means she understands the dynamics of Domestic and Family Abuse, and relationships seeking conflict resolution.

She has empowered thousands of people through what is otherwise a daunting, confronting and overwhelming legal process. Saving them thousands of dollars in the process.

She offers discretion, empathy, emotional intelligence, non-judgement, creative problem solving and kindness, as she helps you work through each challenge and avoid costly pathways like court.  She collaborates with a skilled and experienced network of counselling, coaching and mediation services to resolve complex issues, providing the evidence and reports they need to support you.

How We Work

Pip draws on a unique and interesting combination of her first hand experience with investigating domestic violence as a police officer, combined with trauma and emotional regulation studies and subsequent research about the impact on relationships due to mental health, separation, divorce, addiction and single motherhood.

With decades of  professional experience gained as a police officer, mental health advocate, wellness and empowerment mentor she offers an experiential education for victims and misidentified offenders about the process and how to navigate the system.
